The album was recorded mainly at my home studio in the New Forest, UK, using several pianos and a variety of vintage organs, keyboards and amps through which some of the sounds were played, to give them a kind of ‘otherworldly’ feel to them. A couple of the tracks were recorded at Athelhampton House in Dorset, one morning before a gig when nobody was around. The house is one of the most haunted in the UK.
